Russel Hicks was the Pilot of the first Fusion Powered Shuttle launched by NASA. When the Reactor Containment Field failed and the shuttle lost power, he and his team had to land the craft unpowered.
Shortly afterwards, Russel began to develop strange rashes and have hot flashes. Ultimately, his poweres erupted while he was under observation at base at Cape Canavaral.
Now he spends more time trying to help his community as Solar Knight than he does flying experimental shuttle craft.
